超(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)波(bo)污泥(ni)界面(mian)儀(yi)測(ce)(ce)量原理(li):超(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)波(bo)污泥(ni)界面(mian)儀(yi)測(ce)(ce)量是由(you)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)水(shui)中(zhong)的超(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)波(bo)傳感器,向被(bei)(bei)水(shui)下泥(ni)表(biao)面(mian)發射一束超(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)波(bo)脈沖,此脈沖信號遇到(dao)(dao)泥(ni)水(shui)面(mian)后反射回(hui)來,能再被(bei)(bei)傳感器接(jie)收到(dao)(dao);從超(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)波(bo)發射到(dao)(dao)重(zhong)新被(bei)(bei)接(jie)收,其時(shi)間(jian)與傳感器到(dao)(dao)被(bei)(bei)測(ce)(ce)物體(ti)表(biao)面(mian)的距(ju)(ju)離成(cheng)正(zheng)比;儀(yi)表(biao)檢測(ce)(ce)出該時(shi)間(jian),并根據當前溫(wen)度(傳感器測(ce)(ce)量)水(shui)下的聲(sheng)(sheng)速(su),計(ji)算(suan)(suan)出被(bei)(bei)測(ce)(ce)物體(ti)表(biao)面(mian)至傳感器的距(ju)(ju)離(即空間(jian)距(ju)(ju)離),再進一步換(huan)算(suan)(suan)出液位值(zhi)。液位表(biao)面(mian)的空水(shui)下距(ju)(ju)離W與聲(sheng)(sheng)波(bo)的行(xing)程(cheng)時(shi)間(jian)T成(cheng)正(zheng)比:W=V×T/2(其中(zhong)V為(wei)聲(sheng)(sheng)波(bo)水(shui)中(zhong)速(su)度)。用戶自設定(ding)探(tan)頭到(dao)(dao)池底的高(gao)度H,儀(yi)表(biao)自動(dong)將脈沖行(xing)程(cheng)時(shi)間(jian)T換(huan)算(suan)(suan)成(cheng)相應的空間(jian)距(ju)(ju)離值(zhi)W,再計(ji)算(suan)(suan)出H減(jian)W的差(cha)值(zhi)即為(wei)測(ce)(ce)量的值(zhi)L。
